Job Description

This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Preferred Qualification:

• Possess strong knowledge in SAP and my technical expertise are Provisioning and Configuration of SAP Applications and Administration of SAP Applications, Operating Systems, Databases. 
• Planning, sizing, and installation of SAP Applications
• Administration and Upgradation of SAP Application like ECC, BW, SCM, SRM etc.,
• HANA Implementation, Administration and Upgrade
• Design and Setup of High-Availability and Disaster Recovery systems
• Design landscape upgrade strategy and plan its execution.
• Worked on 3rd party tool integration and cross system interface configurations.
• Experience in end-to-end system configuration
• Experience in OS/DB Migration & S4 Hana Conversion
• Conceptualize Audit configurations and its implementation.
• Worked on Performance improvement blueprint and its execution.
• System growth forecast and upsize for new requirements.
• Worked with various teams and SAP to identify and resolve critical issues.
• Postgraduate with Minimum 8 years of experience or Engineering Graduate with Minimum 7 years of experience
• Thorough knowledge of SAP modules, should have strong expertise in SAP HANA, ETL tools and Windows and Linux OS
• Strong communication skills, decision making skill with ability to work with customer independently
• Strong SAP Package implementation skills and ability to suggest SAP best practices to the client 
• Good business process mapping skills and requirement analysis skills 
• Good business process reengineering skills 
• Strong data migration skills 
• Ability to provide the best approach and the advisory to the Client IT team. 
• Provide technical / functional solutions, project / program management, understand business /IT process, analyses / captures the client requirements, define solution design, provide proper effort estimates/ timelines & ensure adherence.
• Minimum 1 end to end SAP Basis implementation/Migration/Upgrade full life cycle.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs
